Cauliflower preparation!

We like cauliflower two different ways. Roasted or boiled, both very easy to prepare. For both ways first rinse cauliflower on both sides and then cut into pieces, large or small however you prefer.

Boiled

Simply boil a pot of water, salt it, add cut cauliflower and boil until fork tender about 10-15 minutes. Strain and season and serve.

Roasted

Preheat oven to 400. Place cut cauliflower on a baking sheet spread out. Drizzle with oil, add salt or any other seasonings and put in oven. Cook for about 20 minutes mixing around about halfway through.
